ORDER TO CASH will be primarily responsible for performing accounts receivable activities such as Cash Application, Adjustments, Deduction management, Dispute management, Customer interaction

Understands process workflow / steps and executes process level transactions using ERP systems / digital tools
Ensures that individual productivity targets are met
Maintains master data for data entry and highlight any concerns in master data management
Initial point of interaction for identifying root cause analysis
Resolves queries (internal and external) related to process transactions within defined turnaround time
Highlight any process steps which are taking more than designated time frequently
Assist new AAs in understanding the process nuances
Documents any process exceptions
