Job description:

Desired Candidate Profile :

  • Minimum qualification is 10 + 2. Any graduate/ PG is eligible to apply
  • Fresher can apply. Candidates with BPO experience would have edge.
  • Excellent English communication is Mandate
  • Should be comfortable to work for Night Shifts and flexible shift/ week offs

Compensation & Other Benefits :

  • Salary Base Pay : 364,000 to 433,000 LPA/-


Additional Benefits:-

  • Zeta Meal Card - INR 1100/month i.e. INR 13200/- PA
  • Health insurance benefits up to INR 5.0 Lacs
  • Night Shift Allowance - INR 150/shift
  • Overtime Allowance as per business requirement.
  • 5-day working week with 2 consecutive days off. (The off days change based on business requirement)
  • Internet Allowance 1250/- per month.

Instruction for Applying and Completing Online Assessment :

  • To apply & complete the assessment, you will need a laptop/PC with Webcam and headphone with good microphone.
  • Do not apply from mobile phone or Tablet.
  • Assessment should be attempted in an undisturbed environment with Stable internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps)
  • Assessment should be attempted only on a laptop/ desktop with functioning web camera & usage of Headphone with microphone is must Must be proficient in English
  • Please do not take help during the assessment as the process is entirely recorded.
